Below is a few user journey. Not every journey is shown but the most important ones. Journeys that uses the main features such as the gallery, scroll bar, accessing sub-categories and purchasing the books.
Gallery Slider
The gallery page has a collection of photographs from the author. Showing his skills and credibility as a photographer. To navigate the gallery the user would click on the circular button (as shown in the second image). The feature below the photo lets the user know how many images there are. Giving the user a good understanding of how long they would be flicking through the images and they can then decide whether or not they want to continue.
Dropdown Navigation
With the gallery page, the user can use the drop down feature to navigate to another photography album. As shown below, the user clicks the button just above the image. A drop down then expands from the button giving the user the opportunity to choose from a number of albums such as wedding, black and white, still life... This whole process allows the user to swiftly access the subcategories without leaving or navigating away from the page. It's succinct and efficient.
Buy Book
The most important aspect of the whole site is to ensure the books are easily located and purchased. To ensure this, both books are kept together within one section. Once the user lands on the 'books' page the user will be shown the most popular book first. To see the next book the user can use the arrow in the top right corner (shown in the second image in red). The user can then purchase the book by clicking the yellow button within that section which sends the book into the cart, located at the very top within the yellow button.
Information scrolling
As the whole site is displayed above the fold, there must be a system in place to handle a page with a heavy amount of text. This is achieved by using a scroll bar (shown below). This ensures that all content stays below the fold and allows the user to know where they are at all times.
