We must understand if students need e-mily in the first place. Are there any scenarios which could fix any current problems or are there any situations which could make life easier for students. If not then the need for the product will not exist and if there no need for a product then the product will not be successful.
Some scenarios are:
- Students may forget to complete homework.
- Students may be within a group chat and quickly need access to course information or resources.
- Students may quickly need to access to their tutor. e-mily can give feedback and replace a teacher in some cases.
- Students who want to quickly complete small tasks or brain teasers.
- Management of workload
- Set reminders and tasks to complete.
- Students may want a place of support when teachers may not be available. e-mily is available 24 hours a day, every day.
