The next stage of the initial ideas was to quickly mock them up to see how they worked in context and in poster form. The first idea as you can see below shows a man and women with the crown on. At this time the logo was also complete and instead of using random crown we decided to use the crown for the logo for that extra consistency to the brand. The poster works well with the crown, it's visually appealing and vibrant and with the implementation of a 'normal' man and woman members the poster are friendly and approachable to non-members.
The second idea, based around communicating what the church believes in and what it doesn't. It's minimal and modern, allowing the information and concept to be centre stage. The clean and fresh aesthetics communicates a brand that is approachable; making sure the brand distance itself from it's scary and cultish past.
