Through the development of the self worship concept, you can see that we used stock photos for the poster mockups. However, we wanted more control and natural photos of normal people and not beautiful airbrushed, cheesy models. We wanted something raw and relatable for the younger demographic. The audience will understand these members are just like themselves in which they have nothing to fear or judge. There isn't nothing special about the members of the church, they are just people who want to better their existence by loving themselves.
Me and Lo held a photo shoot with Charlotte and Cameron, we knew ahead of the shoot that the crown from the logo was being positioned on their head and therefore asked them to pose in a number of funny and energetic position as if they had a crown on their heads. Below are the results.
